About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to cover key accounts in the Swiss and DACH markets.
  • Manage lead qualification and conversion for Private Banks, Family Offices, and Wealth Managers.
  • Proactively prospect and build new relationships to establish Addepar as a trusted financial platform.
  • Lead the full sales cycle in collaboration with global sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Travel across Switzerland and Europe (approximately 40-50%) to meet prospects and attend industry events.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in software sales, specifically within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions to wealth managers, RIAs, or financial institutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and the ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations.
