About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with referral sources including hospital case managers, physicians, medical assistants, and discharge planners
- Drive new patient admissions and expand market footprint
- Analyze market data, penetration metrics, and competitive intelligence to prioritize high-impact accounts
- Partner with sales leadership, Intake, and branch leadership to ensure efficient referral processing
Requirements
- Proven field Sales, Marketing, or Account Executive experience
- Experience in home health, hospice, SNF, or infusion pharmacy preferred
- Existing relationships with hospital systems or clinical settings for experienced hires
- Valid driver's license
- Data-driven and results-oriented mindset
