About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory plan in collaboration with BDRs
- Run full-cycle sales including discovery, demos, proposals, and negotiation
- Lead strategic deal execution for multi-stakeholder buying groups
- Manage pipeline with rigor, maintaining accurate forecasting and coverage
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Represent Adaptive as a trusted financial operations platform
Requirements
- 3–5 years of full-cycle SaaS closing experience
- Proven track record of selling into mid-market accounts
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
- Ability to engage with executive-level buyers
- Highly motivated self-starter comfortable with autonomy
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with construction industry
- Experience with fintech software
- Experience with ERP software
