About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory plan in collaboration with BDRs
  • Run full-cycle sales including discovery, demos, proposals, and negotiation
  • Lead strategic deal execution for multi-stakeholder buying groups
  • Manage pipeline with rigor, maintaining accurate forecasting and coverage
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
  • Represent Adaptive as a trusted financial operations platform

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle SaaS closing experience
  • Proven track record of selling into mid-market accounts
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles
  • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
  • Ability to engage with executive-level buyers
  • Highly motivated self-starter comfortable with autonomy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with construction industry
  • Experience with fintech software
  • Experience with ERP software
