About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify relevant target groups and new customers in the DACH region through events, partnerships, and SDR support
  • Execute active outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships within the creator economy community
  • Advise leads on the ablefy platform and guide them through the onboarding process
  • Conduct product demonstrations and lead negotiations to close deals
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Solution Consultants, Customer Success, and Product teams
  • Track KPIs and maintain data integrity within Salesforce

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales (strong B2C experience is also valued)
  • Native or C2 level German and fluent English
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Strong understanding of sales KPIs and data discipline
  • High energy for initial contact and persistence through to closing
  • Ability to work independently while remaining a team player
