About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify relevant target groups and new customers in the DACH region through events, partnerships, and SDR support
- Execute active outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media
- Build and maintain long-term relationships within the creator economy community
- Advise leads on the ablefy platform and guide them through the onboarding process
- Conduct product demonstrations and lead negotiations to close deals
- Collaborate with SDRs, Solution Consultants, Customer Success, and Product teams
- Track KPIs and maintain data integrity within Salesforce
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales (strong B2C experience is also valued)
- Native or C2 level German and fluent English
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs and data discipline
- High energy for initial contact and persistence through to closing
- Ability to work independently while remaining a team player
