Responsibilities
- Spearhead growth into upper mid-market and enterprise segments

- Manage end-to-end complex sales cycles from discovery to deal closure
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer insights
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting using HubSpot
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience selling high-value SaaS to retail or fashion companies
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to self-source a significant portion of sales pipeline
- Fluent in German and English
- Ability to discuss technical integrations (API, workflows) with senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDIC or BANT
- Entrepreneurial mindset suitable for a fast-paced startup
