About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute territory plans, prospect for net-new logos, and expand existing accounts
- Qualify opportunities rigorously and run structured sales cycles to close deals
- Collaborate with solution specialists and partners to build compelling proposals
- Forecast accurately, maintain CRM records, and report weekly progress
- Manage mid-market accounts to expand footprint through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
Requirements
- 8+ years of field sales experience (Outside Sales)
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle sales and consistently exceed targets
- Strong discovery, demo, and value messaging skills
- Negotiation proficiency and the ability to navigate complex procurement processes
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills across multiple opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Training in modern sales methodologies such as Challenger or SPIN
