About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for High Capacity Ethernet Networks, Internet, Video, and Voice-based services.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire strategic clients through cold calling, canvassing, and building local partnerships.
- Deliver professional face-to-face sales presentations to prospective clients to demonstrate product value.
- Manage and retain a customer base by ensuring a superior customer experience and strong follow-up.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular activity reports.
- Stay informed on the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services effectively.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Network Design and MAN technologies (including DSx, OC-x, WDM, and Ethernet).
- Proficiency in Internet, Voice (VoIP), and Data Networking Technologies (LAN, MAN, WAN, VPN).
- Understanding of networking protocols (Layers 1, 2, and 3) and Customer Premise Equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
