Account Executive 3, Enterprise Direct Sales

Responsibilities

• Sell Comcast Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice services to mid-size and large businesses.
• Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Develop sales territories through prospecting activities including cold calling, canvassing, and customer referrals.
• Cultivate local partnerships and organizational affiliations to generate new leads.
• Maintain customer relationships to drive retention and ensure a superior customer experience.
• Stay informed on the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services effectively.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular activity reports.
• Demonstrate technical knowledge of Network Design, MAN technologies, VoIP, and Data Networking.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales or a related field.
• Knowledge of Network Design and MAN technologies (including DSx, OC-x, WDM, and Ethernet).
• Experience with VoIP and Data Networking technologies (LAN, MAN, WAN, VPN).
• Understanding of networking protocols (Layers 1, 2, and 3) and Customer Premise Equipment.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a variable schedule as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience with Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery concepts.
• Knowledge of E-rate Contracting Processes and Procedures.
