Account Executive 3, Enterprise Direct Sales

Responsibilities

• Sell Comcast Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice services to mid-size and large businesses
• Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations to prospective clients
• Develop sales territories through prospecting activities including cold calling, canvassing, and customer referrals
• Cultivate local partnerships and organizational affiliations to generate new leads
• Maintain and build customer relationships to drive retention and ensure a superior customer experience
• Stay informed on the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services effectively
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular activity reports

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales or a related field
• Knowledge of Network Design and MAN technologies (including DSx, OC-x, WDM, and Ethernet)
• Experience with VoIP and Data Networking technologies (LAN, MAN, WAN, VPN)
• Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights and weekends as necessary
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
