Account Executive 3, Enterprise Direct Sales

Responsibilities

• Sell Comcast Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice services to mid-size and large businesses.
• Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Develop sales territories through prospecting activities including cold calling, canvassing, and customer referrals.
• Cultivate local partnerships and organizational affiliations to generate new leads.
• Maintain customer relationships to drive retention and ensure a superior customer experience.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular activity reports.
• Stay informed on the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services effectively.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales or a related field.
• Knowledge of Network Design and MAN technologies.
• Knowledge of VoIP and Data Networking (including LAN, MAN, WAN, and VPN).
• Understanding of networking protocols and Customer Premise Equipment.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a variable schedule as necessary.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Proven track record in direct selling and enterprise-level account management.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and verbal communication skills.
