Account Executive 1, Inside Sales

Responsibilities

• Sell Dell's products and services through inbound and outbound channels including telephone, web, and email
• Manage a high volume of small accounts and support outside sales efforts as needed
• Act as an overall account manager, leading sales strategy and partnering with channel or internal sales partners
• Conduct needs analysis, relay product information, and provide technical specifications and quotations to customers
• Drive business expansion by focusing on new account development and growing existing customer relationships
• Position Dell as a solution provider by explaining technical, industry, and market information

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT hardware sales, SaaS sales, edtech sales, or insurance sales
• Ability to articulate the value proposition of product and service offerings
• Proficiency in using multiple sales tools simultaneously to complete transactions
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to establish trust with customers and partners
