Account Executive 1, Inside Sales

Responsibilities

• Sell Dell's products and services through inbound and outbound channels including telephone, web, and email
• Manage a high volume of small accounts and support outside sales teams as needed
• Drive business growth by maintaining and expanding existing customer accounts and developing new ones
• Conduct needs analysis and provide customers with technical specifications, product information, and quotations
• Position Dell as a solution provider by explaining technical, industry, and market information
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal sales partners and the channel to execute sales strategies

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT hardware sales, SaaS sales, edtech sales, or insurance sales
• Proven ability to articulate value propositions for product and service offerings
• Proficiency in using multiple sales tools simultaneously to complete transactions
• Strong customer relationship management skills and the ability to establish rapport with partners
