Account Executive 1, Inside Sales

Responsibilities

• Sell Dell's products and services through inbound and outbound channels including telephone, web, and email
• Manage a high volume of small accounts and support outside sales teams as needed
• Drive business growth by maintaining and expanding existing customer accounts and developing new ones
• Conduct needs analysis and provide customers with technical specifications, product information, and quotations
• Position Dell as a solution provider by explaining technical, industry, and market information
• Collaborate cross-functionally with channel partners and internal sales teams to execute sales strategies

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT hardware, SaaS, EdTech, or insurance sales
• Ability to articulate complex value propositions for product and service offerings
• Proficiency in using multiple sales tools simultaneously to complete transactions
• Strong ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and partners
• Ability to work the ANZ (Australia/New Zealand) shift
