About the role
Responsibilities
- Negotiate long-term agreements with multifamily industry decision-makers, including property owners, managers, and developers.
- Present Xfinity services (Video, Internet, Voice, Home Security, and Mobile) to property owners and home-owner associations.
- Oversee contract renewals and new agreements, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and maintain accurate customer activity records.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage sales pipelines and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exemplary service.
- Stay current with industry news, competitive products, and market trends.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of professional experience.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to perform contract negotiations.
- Ability to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, or customer experience (CX).
