Account Executive 1, Community Account Sales

Responsibilities

• Negotiate long-term agreements with multifamily industry decision-makers, including property owners, managers, and developers.
• Present Xfinity services (Video, Internet, Voice, Home Security, and Mobile) to property owners and home-owner associations.
• Oversee contract renewals and new agreements, ensuring all documentation is accurate.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and maintain accurate customer activity records.
• Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage sales pipelines and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exemplary service.
• Stay current with industry news, competitive products, and market trends.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Ability to perform contract negotiations.
• Ability to work variable schedules, including nights and weekends as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in lead generation, prospecting, or customer experience (CX).
