Account Engineer

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets and execute sales development plans for assigned accounts
• Manage customer relationships and identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Provide professional technical support and timely problem resolution to ensure customer satisfaction
• Act as the primary technical communication bridge between customers and internal teams
• Monitor customer processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost-control expectations are met
• Liaise with Product Marketing Managers and internal stakeholders regarding technical issues and competitor insights
• Share technical insights, consumption trends, and competitor analysis with the sales team
• Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations, laws, and company standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Electroplating, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or technical support within the chemical industry
• Fluency in Mandarin, Thai, or English (Trilingual candidates preferred)
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in technical/business writing
• Computer literacy and ability to manage digital workflows
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to various industrial estates outside of Bangkok

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in electroplating processes
• International driving license for foreign talent
