About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a large pool of existing client relationships (approx. 350 accounts)
  • Proactively strengthen relationships to maximize retention, cross-sell, and upsell
  • Design and execute multi-channel strategies to reach large customer segments
  • Own and manage the growth pipeline from outreach to deal execution
  • Identify high-potential customers and coordinate handoffs to customer success teams
  • Act as a primary customer advocate by coordinating with internal operational, risk, and compliance teams
  • Monitor regional market and competitive trends
  • Provide feedback on product gaps to influence the product roadmap
  • Maintain accurate customer information in CRM
  • Lead educational initiatives such as webinars and workshops
  • Represent the company at industry forums and events
  • Own the end-to-end commercial process including demos, proposals, and negotiations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or industrial engineering
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • 2-3 years of experience in commercial, sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong understanding of financial services and digital payments ecosystem
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven success working with mid-tier or growth segment clients
  • Data-oriented with strong analytical and business reasoning skills
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in sales reporting
  • Familiarity with payment industry, ERP, invoicing, and reconciliation tools
  • Proven track record with international clients across diverse industries
  • Experience selling B2B solutions in a consultative manner
  • Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken)
