Account Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) accounts to drive sales activity.
• Identify potential areas of opportunity and set time-bound business goals to increase managed accounts within the AEC sector.
• Partner with Sales Operations, Sales Development, and Marketing teams to drive sales execution and increase volume within existing customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for managing the day-to-day needs of key AEC customers.
• Utilize Salesforce.com and other reporting tools to manage complex sales cycles, track compliance, and analyze program performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional working experience, including at least 3 years in a sales role.
• Proven experience handling a sales quota of $12M+.
• Strong solution selling skills with the ability to articulate value to complex organizations.
• Direct experience working within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
• Proficiency in account planning, sales forecasting, and CRM management (Salesforce).
