Account Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned team to ensure the delivery of insurance services as proposed and required by the client
• Take responsibility for ensuring all result indicators and performance metrics are met
• Communicate roles and responsibilities clearly to the team and maintain assertive, effective communication with client sponsors
• Guarantee compliance with the service proposal and value-added services defined during the bidding process
• Implement and maintain compliance systems in accordance with the Willis Excellence Model
• Coordinate interaction between the work team, technical teams, placement teams, and insurance companies
• Maintain appropriate relationships at all levels of the assigned Sponsor's structure
• Preserve assertive communication and strong relationships with insurance companies involved in commercial relations with the Sponsor

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar leadership or management roles
• Proven experience applying compliance standards within customer service teams
• Strong knowledge of both local and international insurance markets
• Detailed technical knowledge of insurance policies relevant to the specific Business Unit
