Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual account plans aligned with client strategic priorities
• Manage client renewals and identify new commercial opportunities
• Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with executive, technology, and operations stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
• Monitor client product usage and forecast key account metrics to drive revenue growth
• Assist clients with system demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and business case development

Requirements

• Spanish fluency
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth and enhancing client engagement
• Experience managing high-level stakeholders up to the executive level
• Comprehensive understanding of banking organizations and operational dynamics
• Experience with technology transformation projects within financial institutions
• Knowledge of financial products and banking metrics (e.g., cost-income ratios, net interest margin)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
