Account Director

Responsibilities

• Lead key client accounts and manage strategic long-term relationships
• Drive business growth through effective account management and expansion
• Oversee account performance and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers and Executives
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver high-quality projects and services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Services
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a leadership or director-level role
• Proven experience managing corporate and B2B clients
• PMP or equivalent certification is required
• Fluency in both Arabic and English
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within agencies, events, advertising, or PR sectors
• Strong background in corporate client services
