Account Director, Social

Responsibilities

• Line manage a team of Paid Social specialists, providing coaching, mentorship, and workload management
• Oversee the production of comprehensive paid social media plans aligned with client KPIs
• Manage end-to-end setup, QA, and optimization of paid social campaigns across all platforms
• Lead client calls, presentations, and end-of-campaign reporting
• Act as a key social point-of-contact for clients and manage relationships with media partners like Meta, TikTok, and Snap
• Identify opportunities to test and innovate in the paid social space
• Manage agency finance processes for the immediate team

Requirements

• Extensive experience in setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, TikTok, etc.)
• Proven experience managing a team of social specialists, preferably in an agency environment
• Strong analytical skills with experience in large-scale campaign planning and reporting
• Proven track record of client and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of how paid social integrates with wider digital and comms strategies

• Training certifications such as Meta Blueprint
