Responsibilities

  • Analyze project performance and provide strategic insights and recommendations
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development
  • Act as the primary senior-level contact for key clients
  • Deliver influential client presentations and proposals
  • Oversee annual account planning and financials for client portfolios
  • Lead strategic planning and thought leadership with internal teams and clients
  • Oversee the execution of high-level advertising and marketing strategies
  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Supervisors, Account Executives, and Coordinators

Requirements

  • 10+ years of account management or client management experience within an agency
  • Bachelor's degree in strategic communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong strategic thinking, project management, and organizational abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of advertising and marketing industry trends
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and performance targets
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing account forecasts
