Account Director

Responsibilities

• Lead sales engagement with major Cloud Service Providers to drive growth in AI and Memory infrastructure
• Provide leadership, support, and mentorship to align account sales strategy with company objectives
• Collaborate with customer decision makers to secure design wins for DRAM and NAND-based products
• Create and align sales forecasts to deliver monthly revenue goals
• Conduct face-to-face customer management meetings to address issues and build relationships
• Negotiate quarterly business awards including pricing and supply support
• Lead a team of high-performing sales leaders and team members
• Maintain awareness of market trends, customer strategies, and competitive activity

Requirements

• BS/BA degree (MS or engineering degree preferred)
• 10+ years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry or a related technical field
• Proven sales leadership and Tier 1 customer account management experience
• Experience selling DRAM/NAND or related silicon products to Tier 1 accounts
• Experience working with Tier 1 Hyperscale and Data Center customers
