Account Director, Retail Loss Prevention

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop opportunities across retailers, brands, and aggregators
• Drive opportunities from early engagement through launch and commercial agreement
• Own close plans across multiple stakeholders
• Align supply with distribution based on hardware compatibility and readiness
• Drive complex, multi-party deals from concept through execution
• Own pipeline creation, progression, and close
• Develop account strategies and mutual action plans
• Build executive relationships across retail, brands, and aggregators
• Act as a trusted advisor on fraud prevention and gift card strategy
• Participate in industry events
• Build relationships with certified printers to support deal execution

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in enterprise sales, partnerships, or market development
• Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals
• Experience in retail ecosystem, payments, gift cards, or fraud prevention
• Ability to navigate ambiguous sales environments and influence without authority
• Strong executive presence and storytelling ability
• Builder mindset
• Ability to travel up to 50%
