About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day client lead and trusted advisor for emerging and mid-stage biotech partners
- Provide senior-level strategic counsel on medical affairs and publication workstreams
- Oversee account operations to ensure seamless execution of high-quality deliverables
- Drive strategic planning and account growth by identifying expansion opportunities
- Ensure financial stewardship including budget oversight, forecasting, and profitability management
- Mentor and develop team members within the Biotech Center of Excellence
- Support new business efforts, including pitches and proposals
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in medical affairs and ideally publications in an agency setting
- Minimum of 3 years of experience servicing biotech clients
- Proven leadership skills managing client relationships and internal teams
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in financial management, budget tracking, and forecasting
- Experience with Advisory boards, investigator meetings, and meeting management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

- Veeva management expertise
