About the role
Responsibilities
- Build effective media plans to organize campaign actions and goals
- Oversee best-in-class campaign activation and optimization rigor across relevant accounts
- Create templates and methodologies for optimization approaches and trading tactics
- Build strong, effective relationships with clients and media owners
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new optimization opportunities and products
- Motivate, train, and nurture junior staff and GOC employees
- Ensure financial accuracy, including planning, buying, and reconciliation of spends
- Maintain standards and processes throughout the end-to-end campaign lifecycle
Requirements
- Proven experience in programmatic multi-channel campaign activation and management
- Proficiency in core DSPs including DV360, TTD, and Amazon
- Experience with ad serving technologies and troubleshooting tags
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive testing roadmaps (audience, media, creative)
- Ability to lead and manage a hybrid team across different markets
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
