About the role
Responsibilities
- Line manage a team of junior Programmatic team members, providing coaching and mentorship
- Build effective programmatic media plans to organize campaign actions and goals
- Oversee best-in-class campaign activation and optimization rigor
- Create templates and methodologies for optimization approaches
- Build strong relationships with clients and media owners
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new optimization opportunities
- Ensure financial accuracy in planning, buying, and reconciliation of spends
- Maintain standards throughout the end-to-end campaign lifecycle
Requirements
- Proven experience in programmatic multi-channel campaign activation and management
- Proficiency in core trading platforms such as DV360, TTD, and Amazon
- Experience with ad serving technologies and troubleshooting tags
- Strong understanding of optimization levers and testing approaches
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Ability to manage a hybrid team
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
