About the role
Responsibilities
- Support implementation of "fewer, bigger, better" strategy through Category holistic media strategy and measurement
- Lead and execute client vision as a key stakeholder
- Review ways of working processes and develop client growth plans with the SAD
- Manage quality of client work, reporting, and finance processes
- Build long-lasting relationships with UK category clients
- Manage and develop a team including a Manager and Planner
- Deliver data and evidence-led insights and innovation opportunities
- Work with Biddable Digital and Retail teams to integrate capabilities into planning
Requirements
- Solid multimedia planning experience
- Experience managing senior clients and stakeholders
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and agency partners
- Data literacy and ability to turn data into strategic insights
- Strong team management and workload coordination skills
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and challenge client briefs effectively
