Responsibilities

  • Implement the go-to-market strategy to engage leaders across renewable energy developers, IPPs, private equity firms, banking, and clean fuels developers
  • Drive commercial growth across the UK energy market by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities across various energy market participants
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation, contracting, and expansion
  • Develop strategic account plans and tailored engagement strategies for key prospects and customers
  • Partner with prospects to understand business challenges and demonstrate how analytics can support decisions
  • Represent Orennia at industry conferences, client meetings, and market events across UK
  • Collaborate with Product, Research, Marketing, and Client Success teams
  • Provide market feedback and client insights to shape product development

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a quota-carrying sales role selling SaaS, analytics, or market intelligence
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and engaging senior decision-makers
  • Ability to build new markets and operate with high autonomy
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in or strong interest in power markets, renewable energy, or energy transition
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
