Account Director

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior client contact, building trusted relationships with senior marketing stakeholders
• Lead cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, production, and community management
• Develop and present strategic account plans, scope-of-work proposals, and creative recommendations
• Oversee multi-channel campaign execution across social, digital, print, CRM, web, and in-store
• Manage account-level production budgets, including cost estimation, negotiation, and spend reporting
• Manage, coach, and develop the account team to maintain high standards of delivery
• Partner with the Business Director to identify new opportunities within the account

Requirements

• Proven track record in senior account or client leadership within an advertising or integrated marketing agency
• Experience managing senior client relationships and growing accounts commercially
• Deep knowledge of social media strategy and content production (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok)
• Strong understanding of multi-channel campaign production and digital design processes
• Experience managing production budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Workfront, Monday, or Wrike
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and macOS
• Background in CPG, FMCG, or consumer brand marketing preferred
