Account Director

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior point of contact for marketing stakeholders, building trusted and proactive relationships
• Lead senior client conversations regarding BAU delivery, campaign planning, and account development
• Own weekly status reporting, business reviews, and escalation management
• Manage an integrated in-house team of client services and creatives
• Oversee workflow management and resource capacity across in-house and offshore teams
• Maintain oversight of account commercial health, including scope and profitability
• Act as a creative champion, ensuring high standards within a regulated environment
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and protect creative quality

Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex, high-volume accounts in a creative or marketing agency
• Track record of building senior client relationships and managing professional escalations
• Experience presenting MI reports and business performance narratives to stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in workflow planning, prioritization, and resource management
• Experience with or willingness to adopt AI tools for creative development and planning
• Strong understanding of how delivery and resourcing impact account profitability
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
