About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a $5-10M+ book of business with expertise in multi-social channel marketing
  • Manage client relationships from coordinator to CMO level
  • Identify and unlock opportunities for profitable revenue and relationship growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create a culture of ownership and accountability
  • Develop and maintain annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue forecasts
  • Manage pipeline, contracts, invoicing, and profitability using CRM systems
  • Participate in new business intake and outbound efforts

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in account services or marketing
  • 6+ years in a management role
  • Deep social media expertise
  • Proven track record in client growth and retention
  • Experience in new business or revenue generation
  • Strong ability to develop marketing strategies and brand programs
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) experience
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
