About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and develop strategies for a comprehensive regional go-to-market plan
- Win lighthouse accounts through proactive outbound sales outreach
- Partner with solutions and research engineering teams to build and execute complex customer programs
- Own and manage consumption revenue targets and forecasts
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of company culture
Requirements
- 7+ years of direct selling experience in Data, AI, or Cloud sectors
- Proven experience designing and executing complex go-to-market strategies
- Experience orchestrating programmatic sales motions with partners
- Experience working directly with C-level executives
- Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading high-visibility customer events such as conferences or product launches
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to plan for long-term organizational goals
