Account Director, Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Manage a select number of key manufacturing accounts by developing and executing comprehensive account strategies.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives across technology, operations, engineering, and supply chain functions.
• Lead enterprise prospects through the entire journey, from initial use-case identification to successful deployment and expansion.
• Identify and prioritize high-value AI applications within manufacturing operations, such as predictive maintenance and supply chain optimization.
• Partner with solutions and research engineering teams to execute complex customer programs.
• Own and manage consumption revenue targets and forecasts.
• Monitor the manufacturing industry landscape to contribute to product roadmaps and corporate strategies.

Requirements

• 14+ years of experience selling Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions.
• Significant experience selling complex enterprise technology to large manufacturing organizations.
• Deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, including business models, operational environments, and technology ecosystems.
• Proven track record of achieving annual revenue targets greater than $2M for at least 3 consecutive years.
• Experience navigating complex, global accounts with multiple business units and diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to connect emerging technologies to measurable business outcomes like productivity, efficiency, and revenue growth.
