Responsibilities

• Own strategic, global, and complex North America–headquartered accounts to drive firm-wide adoption.
• Design value strategies across the client relationship lifecycle from rollout through adoption.
• Drive sustained engagement through value-based success planning and C-suite relationships.
• Mitigate adoption and retention risks by using data to activate champions and neutralize blockers.
• Build with AI by automating workflows and equipping the team with agents and tooling.
• Pilot new engagement motions and turn them into repeatable, data-informed frameworks.

Requirements

• 10+ years in the legal field, management consulting, client advisory, or a comparable strategic field.
• Proven track record of managing complex, high-stakes logos and delivering measurable impact.
• Experience building and sustaining C-suite relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Experience advising legal teams, regulated industries, or sophisticated professional services.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a fluency with AI to automate workflows and build agents.
• Strong data fluency and metrics-driven approach to client health and outcomes.
