Account Director

Responsibilities

• Act as the US Regional Lead for a key account, cultivating deep-rooted relationships with major client stakeholders.
• Serve as a proactive consultant, anticipating client needs, managing budgets, and matching them to agency resources.
• Oversee and implement AI-enabled end-to-end frameworks across creative, strategy, production, and localization workstreams.
• Drive the change management process, consulting with clients on integrating AI workflows into their marketing ecosystems.
• Manage high-volume marketing calendars and high-profile product launches, directing cross-functional internal teams.
• Meet aggressive commercial growth targets by proactively upselling new engagements and maximizing account value.
• Directly manage, mentor, and develop junior Account Executives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of creative production and client management experience handling complex, multi-market global brands.
• Proven tech-sector expertise, ideally working with large-scale technology clients.
• Strong working knowledge of Generative AI, agentic workflows, and automated asset production.
• Practical experience leading AI transformation and navigating the change management challenges of tech adoption.
• Experience operating in agile, sprint-based, or highly iterative production environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar accounts and scoping tech-enablement projects.
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Deep fluency in modern creative production practices and scaling content across multiple markets.
