About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide direct line management, mentorship, and development for junior team members
- Act as the primary day-to-day client connection for integrated planning and activation
- Translate overarching media strategies into detailed tactical plans across all channels
- Lead cross-channel optimisation and implement advanced measurement frameworks
- Implement and test new tools and AI-driven technologies within client campaigns
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Comms Planners, Strategists, and activation specialists
Requirements
- Extensive experience in media planning, digital activation, or implementational planning
- Expertise in cross-channel planning including digital, audio, VOD, and AV
- Strong data analysis and integrated media testing knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of the full media landscape and core media buying platforms
- Proficiency in planning and optimisation tools and integrating AI-driven tools
- Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and manage expectations
