Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned revenue targets through retention and expansion of the existing book of business
  • Deepen client relationships to uncover incremental revenue opportunities including upsell and cross-sell
  • Act as a strategic point of contact providing guidance on research design and business issues
  • Develop insightful proposals and deliver strategic presentations that align with client goals
  • Partner with Research Managers to ensure project specifications and high-quality deliverables
  • Lead the resolution of product, solution, and delivery challenges
  • Use tech stack including Salesforce, ChurnZero, and Gong to track client relationships and progress

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of Account Management or Client Services experience in SaaS, digital marketing technology, or market research
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts (approx. $1M)
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling
  • Experience navigating complex client organizations and multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency with SaaS solutions and market research tools
  • Strong project management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 years of supplier-side experience
  • Experience in market research methodologies and project management
  • Strong aptitude for research consulting and analytical skills
