Account Director

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in developing and leading interactive marketing plans for life sciences clients.
• Counsel clients on effective marketing strategies based on research, analytical metrics, and industry best practices.
• Maintain senior-level client relationships, addressing concerns and identifying new business opportunities.
• Oversee the development of entire campaign and project plans, ensuring delivery meets target goals and objectives.
• Manage the financial impact on budgets and oversee account staff team development.
• Collaborate with internal departments and agency partners to continuously evolve integrated solution offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8-12 years of related experience in client service, agency environments, and the pharmaceutical industry.
• Deep expertise in digital, media, and technology marketing and advertising.
• Proven track record of managing creative concepts from inception to delivery.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience guiding large, cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success in business development and growing client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
