Responsibilities

  • Lead digital planning and buying output for clients
  • Manage operational delivery including campaign management, optimisation, reporting, and testing frameworks
  • Drive platform adoption and upskilling within the Digital and Publishing planning team
  • Develop and execute cross-channel strategies combining digital and offline understanding
  • Manage and mentor team members to support professional growth

Requirements

  • Comprehensive experience in digital media at an agency, media owner, or client side
  • Advanced understanding of digital principles including DR, performance, paid social, and paid search
  • Strong knowledge of the programmatic landscape (display, video)
  • Proficiency with technology platforms such as DSPs, Social Ads Managers, and analytics tools
  • Experience with ad tech solutions for audience segmentation and CRM processes
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring a team
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
