About the role
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of campaign delivery quality across the portfolio, ensuring high-standard setup, trafficking, and optimisation
- Act as the senior day-to-day client contact, engaging at Director level with stakeholders
- Oversee QA of campaign activation, performance optimisation, and regular reporting cycles
- Maintain awareness of client-specific requirements, including compliance and audience governance for regulated industries
- Provide senior oversight for global consumer goods accounts, managing planning, budgeting, and strategy
- Manage finance processes including PO tracking, invoicing, and quarterly reconciliations
- Coordinate onshore and offshore delivery teams to ensure consistent output and briefing standards
- Support the development of junior team members through guidance and output review
Requirements
- Strong primary specialism in Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, X)
- Proven experience in at least one additional biddable discipline (Paid Search or Programmatic)
- Demonstrated experience managing senior client relationships at Director level or above
- Experience managing multiple client workstreams and complex delivery processes
- Hands-on experience with campaign setup, QA, trafficking, and optimisation
- Experience managing onshore and offshore delivery teams
- Proficiency in interrogating campaign data and translating it into actionable insights
- Working knowledge of digital attribution and measurement tools like GA4 or Adobe Analytics
- Ability to manage budgets, PO tracking, and financial reconciliation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience across both Paid Search and Programmatic
- Familiarity with regulated advertising environments (e.g., financial services)
- Experience with multi-market EMEA campaigns
- Experience with offshore delivery models and workflow tools like Wrike
- Language skills
