About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and projects from briefing through delivery, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and managing expectations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and developers, to ensure successful campaign deliveries
- Oversee project scope, budgets, contracts, and resources to maximize account performance and profitability
- Lead account planning, proposals, presentations, and new business opportunities
- Mentor and support junior team members, resolving project challenges and escalations
- Drive process improvements and ensure consistent delivery across all projects
Requirements
- Experience delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong account, project, budget, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Knowledge of digital production and creative workflows
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
