About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the business lead across assigned accounts, owning partnership vision, performance, and growth
- Develop multi-year account roadmaps aligned to client business objectives and category dynamics
- Provide proactive, insight-driven counsel to mid-to-senior client stakeholders
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and navigate complex organizational dynamics
- Partner with Strategy and Creative teams to ensure work solves meaningful business problems
- Own overall account revenue health, commercial performance, and profitability stewardship
- Lead and mentor Senior Account Managers and Account Managers
- Maintain an external network across sports, music, and entertainment to identify emerging opportunities
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in agency, brand marketing, sponsorship marketing, or integrated communications
- Proven experience leading senior client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to drive account growth and manage commercial health
- Experience leading integrated, cross-channel campaigns
- Strong financial literacy related to scopes, revenue forecasting, and profitability
- Strong business acumen and category fluency
- Confident communicator with executive presence
