Responsibilities

• Lead client meetings, presentations, and long-term relationship management
• Manage client business to ensure optimum spend and profitability
• Drive strategic team thinking and ensure high quality of work
• Instigate planning and client-related business initiatives
• Negotiate with key media owners and maintain buying standards
• Provide the Board with insights regarding client, team, or media owner issues
• Identify new offline media opportunities and investigate feasibility
• Increase offline media knowledge within the agency through training programs
• Play a key role in recruiting and retaining top talent

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role working with offline media (TV, radio, outdoor, print)
• Full proficiency in planning and buying across several media channels, specifically TV
• Proven track record of managing strong client relationships and multiple accounts
• Experience working at a strategic level and making high-level recommendations
• Experience in team management and mentoring to deliver integrated media campaigns
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
