Account Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive national sales strategy for corporate, leisure, group, and event accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key national accounts, including large corporations, travel agencies, and event planners
• Drive national revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and optimizing pricing strategies
• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and performance feedback
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and potential growth opportunities
• Manage and negotiate high-value contracts to ensure favorable terms and profitability
• Represent Accor Hotels at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events
• Achieve national sales budgets and regional RGI targets

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Cvents, and Connex
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of hospitality market trends and the competitive landscape
• Strong financial acumen and ability to work within budget constraints
