Account Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive national sales strategy for corporate, leisure, group, and event accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key national accounts, including large corporations, travel agencies, and event planners
• Drive national revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and optimizing pricing strategies
• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, aligning national strategies with local initiatives
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and potential growth opportunities
• Manage and negotiate high-value contracts to ensure profitability and favorable terms
• Represent the brand at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Cvents, and Connex
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze market data and adjust strategies accordingly

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
