Account Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective business opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs to enhance product awareness and brand promotion
• Coordinate with sales executives to develop strategic sales approaches and nurture leads
• Manage and maintain accurate account records within CRM systems
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify trends for lead generation campaigns
• Participate in sales team meetings and contribute innovative ideas for process improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is advantageous
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment
• Highly motivated with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
