About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting and manage inbound account leads to create qualified opportunities
- Conduct discovery calls and qualify prospects before handoff
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for pipeline contribution
- Partner with Account Managers and Business Development Representatives on a fixed book of accounts
- Research accounts and territories to uncover new decision-makers
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, and Highspot for tailored messaging
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
- Review interactions in Gong to refine sales strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ months of outbound prospecting experience
- Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in financial markets, private equity, or venture capital
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

- Experience in financial services or private capital markets
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline with high urgency
