Account Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential leads in the French-speaking market through effective research and outreach strategies
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for customer acquisition and retention
• Build strong relationships with prospects and customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Maintain an organized and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools to track leads through the sales cycle
• Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve products and services offered

Requirements

• Fluency in French (C1/C2 level)
• Proficient in English (B2 level)
• Previous experience in sales or account development, preferably within a B2B environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand customer needs and market trends
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment
